Using the Kagyu Lineage supplication, the Heart Sutra and the Sadhana of Mahamudra, the essential elements of practice and the entire 3-yana path are clearly shown and can be practiced by peple like ourselves. Classes will include meditation and meditation instruction, talks and discussion. Individual Classes may be attended.
